A supportive space for mothers to meet, move, and reconnect with their bodies. Sessions are gentle and apparatus-based, with pauses as needed, always returning to the work.
Toys are provided. Mothers remain responsible for their own children.
Pregnant clients without toddlers may continue within their regular Membership Chapter, as the classical method adapts safely and intelligently within the system.
Clients who are pregnant and attending with toddlers, or who feel they require additional accommodation, should attend the dedicated Pre- and Postnatal Drop-In class.

Saturday 10am
A Classical Pilates practice designed to support women through menopause, using outdoor true interval work and controlled jumping, followed by indoor Contrology / Classical mat Pilates, to maintain brain health, bone health, coordination, fascia stimulation and nervous system resilience.
The class begins outdoors, structured around true intervals short, purposeful bursts of work followed by deliberate recovery. This rhythm supports brain health, focus, and nervous system regulation, reflecting the body’s need for variation rather than constant exertion.
Jumping is introduced progressively and intelligently, with loads applied from different angles to support bone density, balance, spatial confidence, and elasticity. Options are always offered, allowing each body to build trust and capability without pressure.
The practice then moves indoors to the Contrology mat, where Classical Pilates addresses stretch, strength, and control, working with fascia and breath to organise posture and support efficient, coordinated movement.
The mat work supports efficient movement and steadier stress responses over time through intelligent load and release.
This is not symptom-chasing or gentle exercise.
It is intelligent training for a changing body.

Maximum 10 people
Sunday 7:00am
A dynamic outdoor and indoor practice combining calisthenics, walking and running intervals, and Classical Pilates.
Aligned with Joseph Pilates’ emphasis on outdoor movement, breathing, and whole-body coordination, the class begins outside with walk / run intervals and calisthenic work. These movements are used to build rhythm, coordination, strength, and cardiovascular capacity through natural, functional patterns.
The outdoor work is structured using bodyweight exercises and locomotion to organise posture, timing, and breath.
The practice then moves indoors, where everyone works on the Contrology mat. The mat Pilates integrates the work through stretch, strength, control, fascia, and breath, allowing the body to settle, organise, and recover through intelligent load and release.
This is not circuit training or bootcamp work.
It is classical conditioning, grounded in movement quality and control.
